About this webinar
Is it the European Green Deal a game changer? The European Green Deal aims to face climate change and environmental degradation and transform the EU into a modern and competitive economy. Sustainable strategies, such as the transition to a circular economy, will facilitate achieving climate neutrality and biodiversity loss, while reducing pressure on natural resources and creating sustainable growth and jobs. However, what does the Green Deal effect the legal situation in EU countries? What impact will circular economy have to tackle these challenges? Where can companies and universities set actions, and how can we all contribute?
These and more questions will be discussed in a panel with the following experts:
- Karin Huber-Heim, Director of Circular Economy Forum Austria
- Minna-Maari Harmaala, Lecturer of Corporate Responsibility at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences
